Tarashan Hausner finds a way to blend health into a chaotic world through a mission of creating a movement by teaching people how their blenders may heal them
Ever since going Vegan, I’ve introduced fresh juices & smoothies into my diet. I look forward to mornings to create tasty recipes, so I’m really excited when I find a great combo. We had the chance to meet Tarashaun Hausner, Founder of Blender Babes. Here is her recipe & story –
“I started blender babes after I discovered high-powered blenders and realized their massive potential to help people heal their chronic illnesses through food. My mission is to teach people how to live healthier in our busy, fast pace lifestyles and I believe a good power blender is one of the best tools you can use to do this. My favorite part about my business is the communities that I have created for like-minded people on a mission to be the best versions of themselves.
I created a seven day detox program called The Blender Cleanse. With it I’ve helped thousands of women and men use their blender to experience a non-restrictive, nourishing and delicious cleansing meal plan. The key message here is that you can cleanse and detox your body without starving and being miserable!
Most people quit or fail every detox that they have ever tried or are scared to even try one because they don’t think they can do it. “Leave me alone I’m on a cleanse” is a real thing!!
