The Cheesecake a la Mandarine has been carefully constructed with the most divine texture, complimented by lemon gelato, macadamia and pineapple compote.
Chef Timothy Newton says “We were looking to create a cheesecake that was going to be delicious but not too heavy to finish off a meal. We decided on using mandarin for its sweetness, pineapple for its acidity and finishing it off with lemon gelato that acts almost like a palate cleanser. The finished product is just incredible and I really think its going to become a new Bagatelle favourite!”
